NO RETURNS or EXHANGES

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once a purchase has been completed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your case and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement for the defective item.

REFUNDS

In case of an exception and after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits will be valid for one (1) year from the date of credit to the Yazibahrain.com customer account. Store credit are non transferrable.
